What: Career Exploration Night at RRHS
When: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, November 17

Why: A career exploration night can impact students who are exploring career ideas and course options that will ensure post-secondary readiness, and RRHS wants to support responsible decisions about college, career and vocational training.
How: Prior to the career fair, students can participate in a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) help session as part of the Going to College Culture initiative from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the media center. Students will explore career options and get a better understanding of the qualifications associated with careers in their desired field, as well as potential earnings. Additionally, students will benefit from making valuable connections to the community. The career fair will include more than 40 businesses and corporations from the Tampa Bay area. Some examples of careers students will be exploring include:
Chiropractic medicine, teaching, public service, banking, non-profits, law, accounting, health professions, architecture, communications, airport professions, plumbing, real estate, utilities, and insurance.
